Pros

A strong focus on communication across the company, and employee well-being. Friendly office environment. hybrid work model is a good balance. Managers are accessible.

Cons

Most of the higher-ups (Directors, etc) really don't seem interested in what their employees have to offer if it doesn't align with their plans.

I learned a lot from my boss and independently the people there are all great CEO knows everyones name Lots of cool opportunities if you’re in the right department

Cons

Pay is very low compared to competitors, its a good starting place to work right out of college, but ice cream socials, food trucks, and a foosball table do not pay the bills. Management used to be very old school and they have worked hard to change it but it seems as if there are still people they are waiting on to leave until they really fix things.
