Pros

Been in business for awhile. One of the largest in the industry. Close to home. Have trouble keeping help so your job is fairly guaranteed.

Cons

Revolving door of employees. Makes day to day extremely difficult. Extremely compartmentalized company. Must come to work prepared for war amongst departme ts. Directors aren't on same page with each other when it comes to procedures. Lack of middle management completely.

No leadership Not upfront with employees Family business that does not care about family Not a good company for transitioning veterans Positions are not clearly defined No expectation management combined with casual leadership is a recipe for failure.

coworkers are nice mostly friendly

Cons

leaders lie and have an agenda especialy the COO. Work at the Lockbourne plant thats in a rough neighborhood so crimes a problem. Cars have been busted into, tires stolen and catalytic converters cut off and stolen. We were always told parking was at our own risk which was fair at least. But a couple weeks ago a brand new employee had all 4 wheels stolen of her SUV and she is telling people the company paid for all new wheels and rims! Turns out she is personal friends with a few of the vice presidents and was hired to be the assistant to the COO so gets special treatment. And long time associates get nothing
