New experiences/challenges/opportunities with each project. Work with people who have lots of industry knowledge and experience. It can be very emotionally rewarding when a project is completed successfully. Family owned company. Career growth potential

Cons

Nothing out of the ordinary. Same as with any career. New challenges come up each day. Just need to be creative to help find solutions.

Holds true to corporate values of Family, Hard Work, Honesty/Integrity, and Service. People are smart, and willing to put in the work to be successful. Lots of opportunity to learn within role. Continuous Improvement is emphasized. Company is sound financially.

Cons

Promotion into new roles is rare. Most leaders are hired from outside.
