Pros

Wasserstrom has a lot of growth potential in different departments. They are super flexible when it comes to working remotely and allow you to relocate to different states depending on your performance and department. Work life balance is super important in the sales department and it is super flexible when it comes to appointments, etc.

Cons

- No 401k Match - Lots of miscommunication between different departments - Needs to be more clear boundaries of the duties between sales and customer service

I really enjoy working at Wasserstrom. I work at the facility on 4500 E Broad St. My coworkers are great! We work hard, and have fun! Management sincerely tries to make it a great place to work.

Cons

There are always things that seem better at other companies, but Wasserstrom is a high class company with great people and great leaders!
