The majority of the people who work at Wasserstrom are friendly and helpful. You have your bad apples, just like anywhere else, but overall people work as a team. Management has always made me feel like they want me to be successful, and have helped me work my way up in the company. They fight for their employees which meant a lot to me. Good, normal hours, good people, good atmosphere.

Cons

The pay is low for the amount of work that is asked of people.
