The people are very friendly, the President is very down to earth and personable, and the managers are usually very reasonable.

Cons

The pay isn't great, and sometimes higher management can be very old fashioned and unwilling to change.

Pros

The environment is positive and for the most part the people you work with are kind and forthcoming. The work itself can be dry due to the nature of it being restaurant supply- that is mitigated though by the people.

Cons

Lower than average pay for other fields. A good jumping off point, but that's it.
