It’s a great company to work for, plenty of advancement opportunities. Love working a corporate job. Plenty of PTO that goes up every year as well as your pay.

Cons

The starting pay. Benefits could be better.

It's a job that pays in US currency.

Cons

Bad health insurance. Half of my established doctors I had previously aren't covered. And even the ones that are covered have never heard if this insurance. The head of HR is a bully. Multiple people have mentioned that they stay out of her way because if you inconvenience her or even question her authority, you get a target on your back. It makes you afraid to go to work. There is no retirement plan for 401k. They say they have retirement benefits but I assure you that it's garbage.
