Pros
Co-workers are incredibly nice and helpful if you know who to ask.
Cons
- unless you practically beg for training on something you will not receive it. - direction is never given, but assumed you know what you need to do. - payment in not competitive - yearly bonuses are not guaranteed - you will never feel “accomplished” working here. Because as soon as you even catch up you are given someone else’s work because they are behind - profits are more important than your own well being
