Constantly short handed. Trucks break down, which is unavoidable to some degree. Dependable service is very inconsistent. It's a constant effort to bring in new customers to replace those lost to poor service. I sell based on price alone because I feel I can't honestly sell on quality service.

Management here is major problem and sad at best. Sales team is one of the strangest I have ever been around and the maturity level is primitive at best.Back stabbing, very odd managers with drinking problem and just outright abuse of powers here is name of game. If you want to work for management that is most hated in Charlotte area good luck.
