      Pros

      Love the employees/co workers. Enjoy the work and the idea of helping make the earth green.

      Cons

      Division management is clickish and very non supportive. Doesnt value good employees. Let good ones lose their passion and walk away/quit job without addressing problems. Zero communication and lets people flounder. Difficult for an employee to feel as if they matter

      decent co-workers & so-so equipment

      Don't care about employees. Only worried about companies public persona. Its all about the I-Rate. Change site manager's like I change socks. No loyalty to workers whatsoever. As long as site mngr gets his bonus $$-its all good. He's an idiot who thinks he knows more than any other person in the business. Zero personality.

      The only good thing is I met a few good people but the pay is the lowest and the price is the highest

      Cons

      Micro management, belittles you and nothing is good enough and the wonders why they have a high turnover rate. They only keep him around because they feel bad
