Pros

Great culture with an emphasis on Servant Leadership. Company has a solid strategy and a very stable, growth oriented business model with lots of opportunity. Excellent compensation and benefits.

Cons

Decentralized culture with decisions made at the local level. Leaders are held accountable for results, this environment is not for everyone.

Pros

Fast-paced, lots to do to keep busy.

Cons

No overtime pay, 9-10 hour days minimum, the people in charge are not experienced enough and often are not open to suggestion. Office staff are not unionized (drivers/loaders/mechanics are) and are often overlooked when it comes to prioritizing people's needs.

Pros

Start shift when you want. Good driving bonuses. Take good care of trucks. Decent pay.

Cons

If you are sick better just go to work sick, no matter how sick. Choice of driver supervisors is a joke, they say they are there to help until you call and need help then oh well. Routes run so far and out of town that if you do break down it will take the mechanics over 2 hours to reach you, that's if they are even able to fix the truck. Work orders for areas way out down a single dirt road hours from were you can either drop off or pick up what you need, oh and no help there either just work later to get it done.
