      Pros

      The leadership and company promote servant leadership, employee training and retention. Safety is the number one value followed by integrity. The leaders walk the talk and the benefits are also better than average. The company has always treated me well and fairly.

      Cons

      It can feel like you're a small piece of the puzzle. The company continues to grow and so this will be difficult to overcome.
