      Pros

      I have worked for several companies throughout my life and Waste Connections is the first company that values their employees. They instill a Family Oriented atmosphere. And we have a 5 core values we live by here at Waste Connections, Safety, Integrity, Customer Service, Great Place to Work, Premier Trash Provider in the US. I think that says it all.

      Cons

      I have yet to find a con with this company.

      Pros

      With the uncertainties of the world today, I feel very confident that my job is secure. Trash removal will always be in demand. I have a great benefit package, 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, etc. The company promotes within and recognizes a job well done. I feel encouraged to always do the right thing. I also feel a genuine concern for the safety of its employees. I have worked here many years and intend to work many more.
