Waste Connections culture of Servant Leadership is not just "talk". From senior leadership to the frontline supervisors, this company's leaders truly do live this culture of servant leadership every day. I cannot imagine working anywhere that feels more like family. The company is truly interested in investing in their people if they want to grow and are capable and is focused on our values.

Cons

Some employees may not be able to handle the freedom and autonomy you have as a manager at Waste Connections. Managers have the freedom to run their own districts and/or departments, but with this freedom comes responsibility.
