      Great environment to learn ....opportunities are endless.

      Pros

      Great decentralized set up. Feels like its your own business. Great down to earth managers ask you what you think and don't tell you what to think. Company hires from within which creates great career upward mobility.

      Cons

      Sometimes in order to further your premier, you have to move to another site to do so. Was a great experience for me but understandingly it is a concern for some folks.

      No real appreciation of what employee's do to keep the place running for incompetent managers.
