      Good starting pay as a mechanic with only a few years of experience, mostly good people to work with and to work for, good benefits

      Cons

      Too much work for the amount of people we had. Often had to have people from locations that were hours away come and help with the workload.

      Even though they are in 40 states, opportunities in many of the states are very limited.

      Good experience. They use some great training tools. Decentralized businesses. Fun industry.

      Cons

      They do not practice what they preach. Communication is poor amoung Leaders. Not a good fit if you want to settle down with a family.
