      Pros

      Really felt like you were part of management getting to make decisions. Each state is considered it's own "division" and you really feel like you are part of a team. Was ran like a small company instead of a corporation.

      Cons

      Relocation is a must. You don't really have an option of where you would like to go.

      Pros

      Very huge on employee retention. Great atmosphere. Company is big on Safety. Great benefits. Transfer options anywhere in the US and in Canada. Promote from within as much as possible.

      Cons

      Well it is a refuse company, so when holidays come around, most of us have to work the next day to make up for it. People still have trash to pick up so we have to keep up with all our great customers.

      Pros

      Daily pay is great if there isn't much work and you still have bills to pay. Management did give me time to train and when the first route wasn't working out they tried another.

      Cons

      Daily pay means they can add whatever they want to your day and still pay you the same.
