      There are no pros at this waste land

      Cons

      Every aspect of the company and job. They have enough money to put a camera in your face all day, but not enough to pay you industry standards. If you're going to work in garbage go to another company that will at least pay your fairly

      Pros

      - Interesting Work - Variety of Tasks - Flexible work hours - Decent Starting Pay - Growth opportunities if you are interested in Sales

      Cons

      - No Formal Training Program - Rougher (Blue Collar) Environment - Doesn't like to pay more for extra work - Departments at Odds with each other - Management isn't in touch with Employees - Feels like Profit is put above Good service - Angry Calls from the Same customers due to Unionized Drivers not wanting to work. - Very little employee accountability from Management.

      Pros

      With so many managers it's easy to get help for customers

      Cons

      There are more managers than office staff so it's very hard for staff to have a day off. Managers will often make you feel guilty and try to get you to cancel your vacation because there is no staff coverage. Taking a vacation means you have all that work to catch-up on waiting when you get back.
