      The work schedule, co-workers, health benefits

      Cons

      Management, Inappropriate relationships in work place, No annual Performance Reviews, No wage increases, no room for advancement, Vague decision making, Avoids ALL conflict at all, NO delegating or trust, Will not embrace change, S.O.P standard operating procedures- free for all, No Actual chain of command all faith is in a horrible manager.

      Cons

      Lack of communication. Poor management, no structure. Feels like your back in high school with the "red flag" jokes and comments. If you have a family, this job isn't for you. If you have a life outside of work, this job isn't for you. If you don't like foul language then this job isn't for you. It is mentally exhausting.

      This has to be the worst place to work. They are very dirty. The payroll supervisor at the time was extremely insecure and did everything in her power to hide any talent that her employees showed. If you complained to HR or to the CEO about her tactics you were fired. 3 employees, that I am aware of, were fired after going to HR to complain about her. 2 of these employees could run circles around this supervisor. Really bad place!
