CHINESE OVERTIME pay at $5.00 an hour, very physical and fast pace work, jump in and out of truck 1000 time a day, its garbage guys be prepared for all kind of insect all over your clothes, you get gloves but nothing like black water in your arm, people packed trash cans like they were mad, heavy stuff you really gonna like this job...

Longstanding weak culture, disgruntled union drivers, poor managerial decision making, poor managerial communication, huge divide between sales and operations, low accountability, unqualified supervisors, lackluster customer service, high employee turnover, poor communication across departments, and service issues that never go away. If you want to work for an industry leader, this is far from it.
