Guaranteed hours , a lot of days off due to the schedule. Eoweo schedule .. Potential for overtime if wanted but hard labor unloading crude trains

Cons

Weather conditions and psychical work 6 men to offload 110 rail cars Everyone who works there is easy to get along with and very friendly. Laid back environment

Pros

Friendly teammates and staff. Management always cooks out. Hardest part is standing 12hr shifts. Rotating shifts with 3 1/2 on and 3 1/2 off

Cons

Management always adds new job duties. Wants Excessive, irrelevant paperwork done. Lack of safety program and incentive programs. Fair share of whiny teammates
