They have a bunch of idiots in management. This is a non-profit clinic with only a few PCPs at any given time, and they try to run it like some kind of corporation. Taking breaks, making phone calls, and surfing the web during lunch is frowned upon. But spreading rumors, spying on co-workers, and making fun of them is perfectly OK. Very little room for advancement. Most people leave, or get fired after one or two years.

Working there brings on a cult like mentality. Accountability is severely lacking.
