The People that work with are great and collaborative the customers are the fun. The technology is great and the product base is a great challenfe

Sr Management ignores non focused products and only highlights people in the “glory positions”. also truly want the employee to work more with less people and reduced staffing - They are true bullies in their arrogant attitudes It is sad when you can’t complain for fear you will loose your job. If someone leaves that has been there long time they say good riddance even if they have great experience and knowledge. There the door help yourself. It is sad that it is all about sales when the customer needs more support

Destroyed culture, poor pay and stop micro monitoring your sales team.

1 many executives change that totally destroyed the culture. V 2 pay is probably the lowest in the industry and always penny picking on the employees. 3 executive team view sales team as number on a chart 4 added tremendous amount of admin through sales process for micro-monitoring. The amount of the admin, requirements for updating sales force is suffocating. They monitor and look at the sales force information all the time and call you all the time asking you to update it immediately. 5 management is a mess and poor support for sales, they push things down to sales because you have to face customers. 6 fiscal year follows calendar year but you’ll never get your annual sales goal in Q1, mostly late Q2, or even in Q3.
