Flexibility. Benefits ok. Teamship still apparent in some areas.

Cons

Little respect for experienced personnel retention or advancement. Nepotism towards hiring former colleagues from the competitors. Product quality and innovation declining. Marketing and positioning has strayed from the core scientific direction built from years past.

Having a sexist, racist, rude, abusive of his power manager who will attempt to hit on you. I don’t understand how this man got this job especially at such a big company but unless you want to be questioned about details of your personal life and asked to work for free extra hours but to cut your hours for the day if you are ever more than 10 mins late. If you want to be treated like piece of trash this is the job for you. I guess if you’re a man you’ll be ok but if you’re a female, you will see what the old days felt like.

Vacation, 401k, personal time, The people and culture.

Cons

Overtime. it’s been almost 3 years of it every quarter. Lack of bonuses. Company claims increíble profits in our face and had really low raises and no bonuses. Not retaining great talent and pay gap between new employees and ones who’ve been here for years is barely there anymore.
