Pros

They match 6% for 401k

Cons

Management treats hourly employees like first graders. Remember having to raise your hand to use the toilet in elementary school? It's kind of like that there. Some managers bring a dark cloud with them to work and Waters Corp loves them. They threaten employees. If you are out sick they, demand you work Saturday to make up the time. Saturdays are overtime, but they expect you to work it straight time. They did this to me. Operators are walking on eggshells. They are afraid to say anything. It is a horrible atmosphere there. And if a operator does say anything, forget it, their career there is over. They are very vindictive. If you are a brown-nosing bootlicker, who wants to be degraded into submission, then this company is for you.

Has been great company to work for, but culture is changing

Pros

Flexibility, work/life balance, ability to work from home sometimes, but depends on managers - some are old school and don't like people working at home and some are fine with it.

Cons

Used to love working here, but company culture has changed-used to feel valued and that your opinion mattered, now feels like upper management has their own agenda and don't care about anyone else. Too many chiefs and not enough people to get the work done.
