The people are very friendly and great to work with. Waters is also a great stepping stone for new hires looking to learn since many of the employees have been working at Waters for 20+ years.

Cons

Senior management and Execs don't seem to care about their employees. Salaries are generally lower than competitors and nothing is done to compensate that.
