I got furloughed one day a week in 2020 due to the pandemic. I was being sexually harassed on the job by a coworker and told my manager's manager (as my manager was completely furloughed). I only asked to move to another site away from the individual. He told me if I had an issue to go to HR. Long story short, the guy went too far and after being told I was emotional when a different male colleague threatened me, I did not go back to hour. I found another job.

Sadly innovation has dried up and it's not a modern company to work for. Doing anything remotely close to cutting edge feels like a constant battle. Middle management is undergoing an immune response to change and seems more interested in protecting it's own silos rather than innovating. Management and leadership skills are patchy depending on area.
