1. No sense of team. Everyone seems to be on their own. 2. Survive by managing upwards. 3. Very racist. There is a lot of talk about Equality but there is no implementation or even the desire to 4. A few powerful people. HR and HRBP are incompetent. They have no desire to represent their employees or their needs. They just tow the line of the executives. HR is a racist, weird & strange bunch here 5. Benefits are good but expensive and lack creativity 6. You have to be an operator to survive. If you want a career or have an opinion, not the place for you. Especially if your views do not align

Good product, poor employees salary

New technology, fast growing since Covid, good benefit such as 401k match and health insurance

Cons

Company has 2digit growth but not much salary raise to employees. The average raise company wide in 2023 is 3%. This demotivate employees a lot.
