Lots of improvements are needed in the plant so there will always be work.

Lots of improvements are needed so at times, working here can be frustrating. It's a mystery how the plant lasted this long like this.

Great people with sensible approach to managing expectations and delivering results. Focussed on providing resources to develop staff and create opportunities. Effort goes in to trying to align communication and framework provided to facilitate communication across the organisation

Same as any large organisation- time taken for decisions to be made and for actions to be actioned.
