Pros
There are lots of smart, dedicated people who want to get things done. Usually, you will find a nice work atmosphere. International collaboration is improving. Great projects.
Cons
There are too many pockets of nepotism and favoritism as well as mediocrity. Several people have found niches where they do more talking than working and still get promoted regularly. For those without friends in management, promotions are hard to get. Outside Milford and Manchester, you're pretty much stuck. Management too busy positioning themselves during current restructuring.
