Pros

Exciting, impactful technology and applications. Smart, collaborative employees & customers. Market growth

Cons

Toxic leadership forced so many really intelligent, hard-working people to leave. Short term focus & decision-making to keep goosing the stock price, at the cost of innovation and long term prospects. Project "Indomitable" created a culture where disagreement was implicitly punished and "yes-men" were promoted. People at all levels became scared to speak the truth to power - even worse than the O'Connell days! That almost the entire HR team left the company spoke volumes.

Pros

People I work with are amazing, driven and supporting. Our technology is innovative and has great brand recognition. Field Service, Sales and Support teams are second to none and most sought after by our competitors.

Cons

CEO and Executive Committee have handled challenging financial situation and current market situation using short term solutions. Laying off field service and sales teams will negatively impact customer loyalty and negatively impact our brand.

Pros

Toxic positivity means you’ll master the art of pretending everything’s fine

Cons

This company burns you out and discards you. Leadership is selfish, demanding unpaid overtime while offering no work-life balance—expect constant pressure with zero regard for your well-being. Managers micromanage every move, ignoring your past experience like it’s irrelevant. They block growth, handing promotions to only the inner circle sycophants through blatant favoritism and nepotism. Toxic positivity papers over real issues, and their tone-deaf “keep smiling” attitude ignores your struggles. They fake a “great culture” with paid reviews and lies. Speak up about issues? Expect penalties and punishment, not solutions. New hires, run—this is a soul-crushing dead-end.
