      Pros

      Great culture, committed to providing marketers with the best tools (especially valuable in Digital Marketing!) that can be had and letting them get after their goals. Watkins puts their money where there mouth is and invests in their people development. A top notch organization all around.

      Cons

      Everyone in the organization wants to take on too much at times, so a bit of a self induced problem :)

      Pros

      If you are at a point in your career where you want to challenge your capabilities, then look for a company on a growth trajectory. When you find it, evaluate the company for whether your role will be integral to that growth. My hunch is you'll find both growth and opportunity to showcase your talents at Watkins. It's a great time to be part of this fast-growing and very relevant business. We have a mission to promote well-being through aquatic fitness and hydrotherapy. People need what our products deliver now more than ever. These are exciting times for the company and the buzz in the building reflects that.

      Cons

      We are growing fast and we continue to set goals just a smidge past our reach. It's part of our culture to be high achievers. Some people do not thrive in that type of environment so be thoughtful about whether you are cut out for stretching yourself. The rewards are big when we hit our goals and that's where you'll find that your work was worth the effort. This is not even really a con when it comes down to it. We work hard alongside smart and goal-oriented team members. We're all in this together, working to outperform our past results. There are plenty of companies where you'd be hard-pressed to find that "we're in it together" spirit. So that's really a plus when it comes down to it.

      Ability to involve yourself with a manufacturing environment and see the work put in.

      Cons

      Smaller sized organization so budgets are conservative in my experience.
