Thank you for your 5 plus years of contributions to Watkins Wellness and for the review. While we were traditionally preferring our employees to be able to work onsite, COVID-19 has brought the need for us to adapt and change very quickly. The majority of our workforce (aside from Manufacturing) has been working remotely for most of 2020 and managers have gained insight on how this can work successfully.
