Pros

Watkins offers great products and a great management team. The management is fair with their employees and try to do good by them.

Cons

The Regional Sales Manager must travel a lot. If you don't want to travel, this isn't for you. The travel is almost all by car. Very little flying involved.

Easy-going workplace until layoffs began in 2009

Pros

Friendly employees. Good snack machines. Work spread evenly among staff. Decent employee parking and regular visits from high-quality taco sleds (catering trucks).

Cons

Layoffs killed the employees' spirits. Human resources all female and adds many new employees each year and bigger offices, but they engage in gossip and can often be seen chatting amongst themselves about non-work matters.
