      Pros

      For me Watkins has being the best that could happening to me in my life I toke my carer berry serious I learn how to grow in life as a personal and professional.

      Cons

      I really don't see many Cons other then is far from where I live never the less I don't mind at all. traffic is every were.

      Providing lots of opportunities for skill development

      Pros

      Working at Watkins has opened up many doors for me, personally and professionally. When I started at Watkins I not only joined a company, I joined a new family. I started taking advantage of as many training opportunities as I could handle, to be a better employee and team member. Within those trainings, I joined Toastmasters. From my 8 years in Toastmasters, I have made many friends, developed healthier habits through sponsored run/walks and Lunch and Learns, developed many relationships to better assist me in my job, and also have improved my confidence and public speaking skills. Watkins has noted that my Toastmaster skills are apparent during presentations and now I lead certain trainings for my company. I've been promoted twice within Watkins, and I attribute part of that to Toastmasters and the skillset that it has given me, as well as for the preparing me for the many more opportunities to grow. Not only does Watkins pay for our membership, and offer Toastmasters as company training, but they hold Toastmaster events for the district onsite, making attending events even more convenient.

      Cons

      During big onsite events, or renovations, the parking onsite is limited.

      Making jacuzzis

      Pros

      Fast pace environment and get paid weekly.

      Cons

      Some of the tools you have to use for the production of jacuzzis are different types of toxic glues. I worked there but didn't use a safety mask and for that I just quit. There are different departments within the same building, but different requirements.

Our employees are paid bi-weekly however, our temporary employees are on a weekly schedule. Could it be that you were employed by our onsite temporary staffing agency and not Watkins Wellness? Secondly, we do not manufacture Jacuzzi brand products, we are proud makers of Hot Spring Spas, Caldera Spas, Endless Pools, Freeflow Spas and Fantasy Spas.
