      Pros

      Ability to really brand yourself with your clients and dealers. This job allows you to be flexible enough that, for those that are creative and driven, you can really make it your own.

      Cons

      Travel was more than advertised. Being in a different time zone was difficult for meetings to be scheduled and respectful on when the work days end

      My experience at Watkins was mixed, sometimes fun but mostly confusing and strange.

      Pros

      Good benefits & nice people. President was a nice guy & some of the programs like the well-being program was good.

      Cons

      Need better middle management or a real training program. Hard to move up because of long time employees. Pay could have been better. Not opened to new ideas.
