      Pros

      Great company. I loved working with everyone here. I learned a lot. Made quite a bit, and genuinely enjoyed working here

      Cons

      More to do with the job… but the travel was more than I cared for. Also the main factory was on the west coast, which meant the time difference caused some problems for family time

      Great company that is always pushing forward

      Pros

      My favorite thing about this company is the Watkins Way. It is what attracted me to the company and I can verify that senior leadership follows these tenets. From recruiting and talent development to promotions and recognition, this company takes care of it's employees.

      Cons

      There are no significant downsides. Of course you have office politics and difficult employees, but there are no legitimate deal breakers to working here. I have worked for several different employers around the country. This employer cares about the workforce and believes in developing talent.
