Look for a company that will pay you

Pros

Facility cleaned up and improved

Cons

They sucker you in false promises of wonderful promotions and raises if you do great work. What they don't tell you is your odds of getting them are near zero. If you become the best buddy of management or become a "yes" person for them, you have increased your chances though. Bonus and raises are usually insulting. Everyone gets close to the same amount The average over the last 4 years has been 2.5%. Doesn't matter if you do well or not. They also put top out pay in place so when you hit that level you get nothing now. They claim its for special bonus money and raises...yeah right no one has seen them yet. You medical and dental coverage out of pocket bites. A few thousand deductible each year is a good chunk of my pay This place should unionize to get better raises. At least management would have to listen to the employees then. What could be the down side of that? We don't get raises based on our performance and we don't get great benefits so it could only improve now with predictable increases.
