Pros

Coconut Grove is an amazing place to work. My coworkers through Watsco Ventures are young, full of life, and willing to introduce each other to new tech/ideas/food. There are opportunities to occasionally work remotely, which is a great plus too.

Cons

Parking can be a pain, but you get better spots if you stay at the company longer. It's also not a bad place to bike or walk to, depending on where you live.

Pros

There are some really wonderful people in the subsidiaries. I would work with or for them anything. Extremely knowledgeable and can get things done.

Cons

The corporate structure is a joke. Specifically, the internal audit and HR functions are virtually useless and provide no value to the companies core mission. Fraud has been committed at multiple subsidiaries and internal audit is powerless to stop it because they do not understand the environment. HR is anything but a resource and covers for poor management.
