      Watsco as a Company is relatively stable employment.

      Cons

      Learn peers make up to 60K more than you Learn that previous offer for position was 30K more than yours. Hire people in senior positions that cannot do the job, but think they can change the world. Senior management is way behind the times and any effort to promote or initiate change is met with resistance and ultimately shut down. Don’t promote so they can avoid paying higher salaries/benefits, Stuck in the position you are in.
