Pros

- Nice people. The team I was on in particular had amazing, smart, and funny people.

Cons

- Barely anything was modern. After a year of Covid, nobody knew how to properly use Zoom. - Forced to work long hours with no incentives or benefits. “Just trying to meet deadlines.” - Low salary. Even during my interview process, I told them my salary requirements and HR lowballed me and said “people on Glassdoor lie and put their salaries up higher than they really are.” This should’ve been a major red flag, but I was desperate. - Bad employee insurance. High co-pays. - Not great cross-team communication. I only knew my team but barely anybody else. Company is so huge, it’s impossible. - No company-wide activities to keep people engaged. Every day was boring.
