      Pros

      -Laid Back and quiet in the office.

      Cons

      -Too quiet -Not enough hands-on management -Manager was belittling and mentally abusive -Annual review came in and I was extremely critique with out prior notice -Manager was always out of the office and leaving me to do all of her work without giving me the recognition for it.

      Pros

      We are owned by Watsco which is a large company so there is lots of job security. Team is very friendly and great to work with, and it is not a high pressure sales environment.

      Cons

      Not as much room for growth as I'd like within the tech startup.
