decent pay, 3 8hr shifts but mandatory over time turns 8 hour shift into 12 hour shifts way to often lately . double time on Sundays . time and a half over 8hrs per day. respectable health benefits. decent 401k

Cons

under staffed, a lot of forced overtime. recently changed management from HMAC to Waupaca do to corporate merge, seems far less organized than before.

Decent insurance, though it is getting worse, and a good group of coworkers who make quality castings and strive to maintain quality

Cons

Management distant and all knowing. Not many possibilities for growth inside unless you have connections. Employees once were what made company great, now we are just another number.
