Pros
Gained experience as an AMFT, got my hours signed, worked with clients, and received basic supervision.
Cons
Unfair compensation, profit-driven management, and lack of support for employees. They take more than they give, leaving therapists feeling drained and undervalued. Manipulative and gaslighting behavior from management.

Pros
The company management values connection, authenticity, vulnerability and self care. Wave practices the principals of Brene' Brown's wholehearted approach to management. It is a safe and caring place to work. Wave is a learning company, a place that is safe to ask for help and support. There are many built in opportunities to collaborate with colleagues, supervisors and managers.
Cons
I tried to come up with something but truly, there are no cons. I am truly blessed to be working for Wave!
