      Pros

      I have never had a workplace care about me as a person as much as I have at this job. I feel safe sharing anything with management, they encourage me to have good boundaries and good work life balance, I love the client population. So many good things to say!

      Cons

      Because they accept insurance, there are some rules around billing codes that can't be changed. But taking insurance helps the community also.
