      Pros

      Wawa's upper management models the company values and enables everyone else to do the same. We have a great benefit package which includes ample personal time. Opportunities to advance quickly. Stock ownership. Servant Leadership at it's best. I love my job. Turnover is very low because so many people love the job also.

      Cons

      Not all managers are on the same page but I do see the forward movement to get everyone there. Servant Leadership needs to be practiced on every level.

      Pros

      They live by values, and the two biggest ones are valuing people and customers. Unlike other companies I have worked for, they recognize you and you are rewarded for doing your job and going above and beyond. The benefits are amazing and unlike anything I have ever seen in a gas station/deli. You are never stuck in one certain position, so if you get tired of being in one spot you usually can switch and work a different area, which is nice because there is always a change. The company cares deeply about their customers and employees. All in all it is an amazing company to work for.

      Cons

      It can be very busy at times depending on the store you are at and it can be overwhelming, but you always have people there to back you up.

      Pros

      I used to work for Dollar General and I thought that company had scarred me for life in the field of retail, until I came to work for WaWa. What a great company that shows you they care. They respect you and reward you for hard work and dedication. They treat you like family!!

      Cons

      I don't like to wear a hat constantly. LOL. It crushes my hair.
