      Not Bad, But Nowhere Near Good

      Pros

      -Free beverages. -Good Pay (part time). -Co-Workers are OK -Flexible Time Off and Scheduling -The Corporation itself cares about employees

      Cons

      -Customers were RUDE at my location. -Managers don't care about employees. -Preferential Treatment by Management. -Work is monotonous. -Management does nothing to stop harassful customers towards Associates. -NO BREAKS GIVEN. During the morning shifts, people get a half hour break. During the night shift, we're lucky enough to get dinner. -Work environment disgusting.

      Pros

      great co-workers for the most part, but a huge turn over as I've seen it. Management comes and goes and you'll be lucky to get someone competent if for only a few months.

      Cons

      Nothing ever seems to be good enough. the more you perform the more that is loaded on your plate, but never any words of thanks.

      -Free Coffee -If you love customer service, it's fun to interact with people all day -Discounts on food while working

      Cons

      -Most managers play favorites -It was pretty much impossible to get any benefits considering they had to cut everyone's hours so the store wouldn't go over payroll expenses -Many employees should not have been hired, or should have been fired a long time ago -Wawa for the most part will not terminate an employee- they will instead move them to another store. This helps no one. -Unless you would like to be a store manager, Wawa should not be your "career". If you hate working here, just quit.
