1. No free lunch for the staff( they give you 10 percent off only on Wawa products) 2. I recommend you not eat at the deli. ( They serve clients expired food, most use food utensils to clean the oven, most don't change their gloves while making your food, sometimes the hot food items are expired, they serve uncooked bread. 3. I was transfer to D.C and the staff is ghetto and rude teenagers 4. management doesn't care unless its their shift to run 5. they can cut your hours if the store doesnt sell enough 6. they sell you false hope by becoming a millionaire by working with the company. ( as a black man i met all the directors from different stores and all of them are white, no diversity) 7. they don't pay or promote within and pay more to new hires
