Pros

They hire the best - use data to make decisions. It's a fun company, HQ in Boston is awesome, they have a great culture with their sales and service teams (which I recruited for). Since you're working with some of the smartest people, you'll absolutely learn a lot.

Cons

After a reorganization, management was less than desirable. They lost the human connection in Human Resources. I've worked for some pretty fantastic people in the past but also had managers that really stretched me - pushing outside of my comfort zone to challenge me. My last manager felt like they did not have soul and struggled to manage a senior team. They were not a people manager and struggled to provide tangible feedback. It was a bummer, people sure do quit their boss before they quit the company.
