      Pros

      Free snacks. Beer, wine, and cider on tap. Monthly team outings Good benefits: health insurance, 401K matching, stock options (when it’s doing well which hasn’t been often lately). You will work with some seriously great people. If you’re extroverted you’ll do well.

      Cons

      You aren’t a robot so they won’t value you to the fullest. You must be programmed to deliver on every single bullet point they evaluate on or you will be found deficient. Don’t work here if you’re introverted. All evaluations are based on how extroverted you can appear. Your reviews will be based on what upper management thinks of you, decided separately from your actual performance.

      Motivated managers and direct reports Flexible work from home or onsite options Diverse and driven coworkers Challenging and interesting work, constantly putting me in "the learning zone"

      Cons

      Unexpected layoffs Due to hyperspeed growth and "Fail fast" mentality, there is little time to RCA the success or outcomes of projects, pilots, and sprints

      Negligible and dwindling by the day!

      Cons

      Work here if you would like the following: Low Pay, NO advancement, horrible support teams - IT, engagement, etc, and the general notion of doom throughout your day. I wish I finished school, please get me out of this purgatory!
